Dear Guests,

We are delighted to welcome you to our home and hope that you enjoy your evening with us, relax and enjoy the ambience of the house while we prepare your meal. All our food is freshly produced using good quality seasonal ingredients which we purchase locally wherever possible.

As everything is cooked to order your patience at busy times would be much appreciated.

Cream of Mushroom Soup garnished with Broccoli, Asparagus & Spring Onion V

Fresh Endive Leaf & Goat’s Cheese Salad

Dressed with roasted hazelnuts, red onion & orange segments V

Creamy Risotto with Chorizo Sausage

Topped with a Parmesan crust

Buttered Asparagus

With pine kernels and half a boiled egg V

Grilled Seabass

Presented with green bean tips, fresh Basil oil and topped with a sweet corn pancake

Served on a creamy lime and bacon risotto with a ginger sauce

Cannon of Welsh Lamb on a bed of creamy mashed potato

Finished with a light peppercorn sauce

Grilled Salmon

Served with cauliflower puree, floret’s of broccoli, turned courgettes and a pea, prawn and shallot butter sauce

Fillet Steak

Sat on a bed of buttered spinach, with fried leeks and a stilton sauce

Filled with mixed vegetables & finished with red cabbage V
