Our local chef, Damien Stanley, has already been awarded on AA rosette for his skill in the kitchen. He bakes his own soda bread on site and tries wherever possible to source local produce from local suppliers preparing a fine dining experience he describes as traditional English and Welsh with a modern twist.

Each evening he prepares a different five course menu for guests and non-residents and, with prior notice, will respond imaginatively to any special dietary requirements you may bring him. “Sychnant Pass House,” he says, “feels like home and I love it.”
